Documented QC and QA system

In order to ensure our product quality standard to meet our customers' requirements, and to keep our product quality to comply with common international shoe manufacturing standard, we implemented a documented QC system from in-house raw materials to final products. This system takes place in 3 main areas:

1. IQC - Incoming materials quality control
   All raw materials or semi-products will be inspected before going in warehouse.
   
   
2. WIP - Work in progress quality control
   All semi-products flowing through assembly line will be kept a close eye by our QC personnel so to provide a total quality control from the very beginning of manufacturing process to complete products.
   
   
3. FPI - final product inspection
   To guarantee our product quality, all completed products will be fully inspected before releasing the products to our customers.
   

In addition to QC system, , we have inhouse QA product testings (such as pulling force testing and reflex testing) before and during our production stage. to further enhance our product quality and reliability so to get customer greatest satisfaction.
