We own a factory in mainland China occupying 43,000 square feet floor area and have a production capacity of manufacturing over 300,000 pairs of various kinds of sandals per month.
In
our factory, we have:
1. EVA sheet foaming machines production line.
2. Two complete and well-equipped EVA sandal assembly lines.

EVA sheet foaming production line
Complete range of machines from dispersion kneader, rubber plastic mixing mill,
steam boiler, EVA foaming hot press, to automatic splitting machines.

Two complete and well-equipped EVA sandal assembly line
Production line machines includes hydraulic plane cutting press, sewing
machines, assembly line, polishing line, and packing line. In order to further
enhance our product quality, we use latest shoe machines such as automatic toe
lasting machine and automatic hydraulic sole attaching machine.
